By attending Evan’s Social Club events or using our services—including our website, email, SMS, and registration forms—you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals 18 years or older, or with parental/guardian permission. Certain events may have age or location restrictions.

3. Ticketing and Refunds

Tickets or RSVPs to events are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. By registering, you agree to follow all event instructions and safety guidelines.

4. Communications (Email & SMS)

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive event reminders, updates, and promotional content via email and/or SMS. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS messages.

5. Risk and Release

You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in social, physical, or outdoor activities. Evan’s Social Club and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages.

6. Code of Conduct

We’re committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from events and future activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All event content, branding, media, and materials are the property of Evan’s Social Club. Use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any revisions.
